A Bend Paralympic athlete is suing the company she worked for and sponsored her.
The Bulletin reports Barbara Buchan has brain damage and hurt herself while working at Home Depot in 2017.
She says her employer became angry at her after the accident and then fired her for allegedly stealing an 11 dollar store display.
She says her injury and her disability affected her memory, leading her to forget the display in her car.
Buchan won two gold medals at the 2008 Paralympic Games.
No comment from Home Depot.
