Bend City Councilman and state House candidate Nathan Boddie is accused of groping a Bend environmental activist in 2012.
Moey Newbold says she was 23 when the 40-year-old doctor put his hand down her pants in a bar.
Boddie denies those allegations, saying Newbold suffers from substance abuse problems.
The Democrat also denies accusations that he uses homophobic and sexist language and encourages illegal drinking.
