16-year-old Bend boy faces charges after police say he crashed a pickup truck carrying seven other teens on Friday.
KTVZ reports three of the teens were still in critical condition Saturday night.
Police say the boys and girls are students at Marshall and Mountain View High Schools.
Police say the teen driving doesn’t have a license, was speeding, driving recklessly and may have been under the influence of marijuana when he crashed on China Hat Road.
