Hundreds of people who qualified to win His and Hers Harley Davidson Sportster XL 883 motorcycles arrived at the Inn of the 7th Mountain to try their chance at winning the Grand Prize.

Qualifiers and their family members waited patiently to register for the event.

With baited breath, contestants waited for their number to be called to see if their key would open the lock to the Harley Davidsons.

A total of 22 people tried their turn at opening the lock to the motorcycles…

…but the 23rd qualifier would be the winner. James McDonald of Prineville, an avid listener of KQAK, rode off with the Grand Prize.

Even the Summit High Cheerleaders came out to support the event. And it looks like Livin’ Large of THE PEAK 104.1 is an official honorary Summit High School Cheerleader!

Hooker Creek was the title sponsor of Rolling Thunder on the Horizon. With live remotes broadcasts from all over Central Oregon, they helped excited listeners, just like you, qualify to win a pair of Harley Davidson Sportster XL 883 motorcycles.

Entrants lined up outside George Morlan Plumbing Supply, off South Highway 97 in Bend, to sign up for the His and Hers Harley Davidsons.
