The Bend woman who police say slammed into a bicyclist, killing the biker, wants a judge to throw out her blood test results.
Police say the results show Shantel Witt was high on drugs when she hit and killed Marika Stone last December.
The Bulletin reports her lawyer says Witt’s blood was taken without a warrant.
Police say she signed a consent form allowing the blood draw.
A judge is now considering the arguments.
